THE PROCESS & FEES

The Process

Phone Interview
A phone interview will be conducted to discuss the circumstances surrounding the case.

Comprehensive Intake Interview
Note: Before the intake interview, the monitor must receive the following by fax, or email:

 

  • The court order

  • A color photo of the child/children

  • California Driver's License or identification card

  • Valid car insurance (If transporting the child(ren))

  • Restraining orders or no-contact orders

*Make a list of any questions and bring them to the intake interview*

 

The comprehensive intake interview will be conducted with each parent individually prior to scheduling a visit. During the interview, the following documents will be reviewed with each parent:

  • Visitation guidelines set forth by the court

  • Visitation agreement for services

  • Fees and method of payment

  • Safety and Security Measures

  • Visitation Monitor conditions and guidelines

  • Hours of operation

  • Reasons for interrupting or ending a visit 

  • Termination process

Once the interview is completed for all adults involved and your family is approved for services, your visits can begin. Please note that visits cannot begin until all fees are paid in full.

Accepted Methods of Payment
All credit cards, debit cards, and Person-to-Person Direct Pay Apps require a 3.6% processing fee. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.


No services will be performed unless ALL fees are paid in full prior to services being rendered.

Fees for Services are subject to change without prior notification.
