At Essential Business & Workforce Services, we pride ourselves on providing neutral, ethical, and professional services to individuals who are going through the difficult challenge of custody and co-parenting issues.
Our policies and protocols are created for the safety of all children with their health, safety, and welfare as our top priority. We believe that an environment can be created with our visitation monitors whereby children can spend quality time with their parents in a safe atmosphere, especially in situations where there is conflict in the family due to divorce or custody concerns.
With over 10 years of working with children, our goal is to keep family values by offering families continued relationships with their children. We want to assure you that all staff has completed the certification to become a Professional Supervised Monitor with ongoing training on the safety of all parties involved.
Our team of visitation monitors is trained according to Standard 5.20 and Family Code Section 3200.5. They are First Aid and CPR certified with a criminal background clearance through Trustline. Our monitors are also required to enroll in continuing education classes that are specifically related to child welfare, abuse reporting, documentation, drug abuse and detection, child development, and child/parent reunification.
